All products go through a quality check before shipment. We do not offer any refunds.
In some instances where the customer does not want to purchase from the store and needs the money refunded to their bank account, the admin may approve the refund only if it is a valid request.

Once you receive the parcel, please take an opening video to claim a refund in the following cases. To avoid fake claims, we have taken the necessary steps.
The item may be damaged during transit, There might be a manufacturing defect, A wrong item may have been delivered to you.
If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to certain reasons (for example, the product is out of stock), we will issue a refund to the customer. The refund may take 1β2 working days to be transferred.
Return of a Product
For returns of a wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange a return. If return pickup is not available from our side, the customer must courier the product back. While returning the product, it should be packed in the same condition as it was received. The refund will be processed only after the product is received by us in the same condition as it was sent.
If you are shipping the item back, courier charges will be reimbursed between Rs. 40 β Rs. 60 per kg or as per the courier bill copy. We recommend sending the product through India Post or any reliable courier service. If a return and refund are mutually agreed upon by both parties, the product must be shipped on the next working day after fulfillment at the customerβs end, and proof of shipment must be submitted on the same day. The product must be properly packed in the same condition as received, and the refund will be processed once the product is received and verified in proper condition.
No return or refund is applicable for products purchased during a mega clearance sale.
Terms and conditions may vary according to government E-Commerce guidelines which may not be updated daily here. Therefore, the final decision regarding returns will be taken by the company. Since we take utmost care of our buyers, we do not want to circulate products that have been returned by other customers, especially considering safety concerns.

We will not consider exchanges or returns if a customer is found using foul language with our admin or customer care representatives.
