Shipping & Cancellation
We offer shipping across India and internationally. We take utmost care in shipping your products. To ensure a smooth process, please allow 1β3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally, orders placed before 12 PM on a business day are shipped the same day, provided payment is received, card security checks are completed, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During busy periods such as holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping. If your PIN code is serviceable only through India Speed Post, please mention it in the Notes section so that we can ship accordingly. Rural domestic addresses may require additional delivery time. There is no minimum order value for placing an order with Poornas Marabommaikadai, and we charge Rs. 60 per kg for shipping within Tamil Nadu. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Reshipping
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete to avoid any lost or undelivered parcels. Poornas Marabommaikadai will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer. It is the customerβs responsibility to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the shipment. Any additional cost incurred for reshipping due to returned or unclaimed parcels will have to be borne by the customer. We use ST Courier, India Post, DTDC, and other leading courier services for shipping. Normally, delivery within India takes approximately 48 to 72 hours. If the product is bulky, the parcel may be shipped by surface transport (road) which may take 7β10 days, unless the customer specifically requests urgent delivery by air.
Possible Delivery Delays
In certain situations, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as inability to reach the customer, non-working or unreachable phone numbers, strikes in the city or courier companies, natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, or droughts, government restrictions or raids, or any unexpected mishaps during transit. In such cases, the delivery time may be extended until the issue is resolved.
Tracking

Cancellation of Order
If we receive a cancellation request after the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Poornas Marabommaikadai reserves the full right to decide whether an order can be canceled or not, and the customer agrees to accept the companyβs decision regarding cancellations. Requests for cancellation of orders placed on www.marabommaikadai.in are generally not entertained. If a cancellation is accepted, a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) will be deducted from the total order value. Customers may cancel an order only if the order status is shown as βPendingβ under Order History, and the request must be made within a maximum of 1 hour after placing the order. To cancel an order, the customer must contact the Customer Support Team via email with the Order Number. Customers can also track their order under Account β Orders, and tracking details will be shared via email once the parcel is shipped.
